The National Diabetes Education Program (NDEP) is a public and private sector partnership program established to reduce the burden of diabetes. Today, there are over 200 oganizations participating in the NDEP in various ways at the national, state and community level. Timely and relevant communication with and among NDEP partners has been a growing challenge for this fast paced program. An NDEP Partnership Network Website was developed to provide information on the NDEP partnership and how to become a partner, facilitate information dissemination on new diabetes program developments and products, mobilize the sharing of diabetes information and strategies between partners, provide technical assistance, and spotlight success stories. This presentation will describe the features of the new NDEP Partnership Network Website and highlight the components that will facilitate the exchange of information on diabetes education material for minority populations and strategies for reaching these populations.

Learning Objectives: The audience will be able to describe five features of the National Diabetes Education Program Partnership Network Website and how communication among partners will be enhanced
