A Proposed Model for Community-Based Integrative Medicine

In this presentation, a community-based model for initiating and providing integrative care will be presented in the context of a larger program to eliminate health disparities. It will include a discussion of features of this model that address access to and financial support of integrative medicine for populations who otherwise might not be able to utilize integrative medicine,
