The Caucus on Public Health and the Faith Community encourages abstract submissions that address the overall conference theme and the following issues: Creating New Linkages Cultural Beliefs and Health Literacy Faith Based Health Education Curriculums Faith Community Approach To Address Health Disparities Fatih Communities addressing Mental and Behavioral Health Improving Community Health Through Faith and Health Partnerships Models of Physical Activity to Reduce Obesity in Faith Based Settings Multi-Faith Collaborations Public Health and Faith Community Collaboratives Social Justice and Health Disparities Test The Caucus on Public Health and Faith Community seeks submissions from all areas of public health that will assist in better understanding how to effectively promote health in partnership with faith communities.
