| HIV/AIDS co-morbidity with TB and malaria have been a challenge for HIV/AIDS providers here in the United States and detrimental to the chance of survival for those affected with HIV/AIDS in developing countries. This session will highlight innovative attempts to address care, treatment, and financing challenges associated with HIV/AIDS, TB, and malaria programs in developing countries, and will point to ways in which countries can better implement programs. | |||
| Learning Objectives: Participants will learn about forecasting ACT and HIV/AIDS financing, beneficial treatment regimens to avoid drug resistance, monitoring funding and disbursements, increasing case detection and strengthening case management. | |||
