Faith & Health in Practice
This will be a roundtable presentation of project by faith communities providing health services or health promotion to members. Other organizations will present their project of word with faith communities.
Learning Objectives: participants will learn of various projects within the faith community of providing services to congregants with the "church as community" ideal Participants will learn of various programs who are reaching their population through churches
