HIV/AIDS in the Caribbean
HIV prevalence rates in the Caribbean are second only to sub-Saharan Africa. Understanding risk behavior and access to care in this part of the world is key to addressing the global epidemic.
Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of the session, the participant (learner) in this session will be able to: 1. Identify 3 risk behaviors specific to Caribbean communities. 2. Recognize the state of service utilization in 2 Caribbean sites.
