The recorded voice and PowerPoint presentations delivered in a synchronized multimedia format (actual recordings) from the APHA Annual Meeting are now available through E-ssentialLearning:
To download the multimedia player and view the files you must have:
- a high-speed Internet connection (128 kbps minimum)
- a suitable computer (Windows or Mac-OS-X machine with a sound card and speakers or headphones),
- and appropriate web browsing software (MS Internet Explorer recommended)
Not all presentations from this meeting are available through E-ssentialLearning as some speakers did not agree to be recorded and technical difficulties precluded the capture of others. To view all available presentations please browse or search the scientific session abstracts on the meeting's Online Program (no multimedia files are available for poster or roundtable sessions).
The folder icon in the front of the session title indicates that the multimedia files are available for this session.
The appearance of the links to the available files -- on a page like this
-- indicates which formats of the files are available for viewing. Click the link to access the file.
The purchase of E-ssentialLearning provides immediate online access to the presentations. Thus, no refunds are allowed. Before purchasing the E-ssentialLearning package, please view the sample recording to make sure that your computer equipment and Internet connection can support it.
If your system meets the specifications described above, but you have trouble accessing the sample recording before purchasing of E-ssentialLearning, or any recording after purchasing,
please contact technical support.
Subscription to E-ssentialLearning is now available to everyone whether you attended the Annual Meeting in Washington, DC or not.
Payment is only accepted online, by secure credit card transaction. See Privacy Policy.
