The purpose of this presentation is to identify and review the type of data collected by the Division of Health Interview Statistics of the National Center for Health Statistics. Participants will also learn ways of applying the collected data to their individual research interests.

Learning Objectives:

• List two examplesof the type of data collected through the National Health Interview Survey and two examples of how survey data can be used for public health decision-making.
