Establishing a fair and effective process for the selection of leadership program candidates

The purpose of this presentation is to duscuss a comprehensive selection process that is necessary for a state public health leadership program. Key components of the selection process include a Selection Committee representative of public health stakeholder groups, a detailed application tied to the program objectives, and a selection procedure designed to be fair and balanced.
