Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this session participants will be able to
• Translate the basics of Future Search, including its four underlying principles into their daily MCH programming.
• Document specific outcomes of Future Search in promoting humane systems of care in MCH and public health; discovering common ground; strengthening collaboration among providers, families, youth, and other stakeholders; and honoring cultural and linguistic diversity.
• Engage participants in a small and large group experience of what happens at a Future Search Conference, as well as at any meeting that applies the four principles.
• Explore potential applications for participants in their home communities or organizations.
• Identify potential partnerships with governmental agencies
