| This session addresses some of the complexities of providing services to homeless mentally ill and those with other disabilities. In this session presenters will discuss a team centered approach of integration of health care. In this session presenters will also discuss the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model for use among hard to treat homeless people with severe mental illness. | ||||
