| This session features overviews of three interventions that reach out to help prevent pregnancy and/or assist parenting teens where they are--in their homes, schools, neighborhoods, and communities. The presentation features an overview of a community-school collaborative to reduce teen pregnany. The second discusses a home visiting program for teen mothers. The third provides an overview of a neighborhood based program to reduce disparities in teen pregnancy. | ||||
| Learning Objectives: List three settings in which to reach out to teens with pregnancy prevention and/or parenting programs. Identify key steps to creating a comprehensive working collaborative.
