This global health session focuses on PHN intervention strategies with Korean-American, Nicagarguan, Cameroon, and Japanese communities. Implications for practice, education and research are included.
Learning Objectives: 1.Identify strategies to promote smoking cessation in the Korean American community 2.Identify five clinical learning experiences for students in Nicaragua. 3.Recognize HIV/AIDS as a major public health threat in Cameroon 4.List four strategies for professionals working with local residents in Japan to prevent child abuse and neglect
