| In February of 2006 the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (DRA) was signed into law. The DRA includes several provisions affecting the provision of Medicaid long-term care (LTC) services. Speakers will provide an overview of these DRA provisions; discuss the status of their implementation; and, describe how DRA provisions are expected to change LTC provision for Medicaid beneficiaries. A question and answer period will follow the presentations. | ||||
