This session presents the views of experts on the decline of public hospitals and clinics and its effects on the care of the local disenfranchised population.
Learning Objectives: This session’s objective is to increase audience members’ awarness of the history of funding reductions to public hospitals and clincs, the extent of those reductions, the forms they take, and the effects on the local populations.
