Biographical Sketch: Carolyn Gallagher has a Masters in Public Administration from New York University, a Masters in Public Health from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and has just begun her PhD coursework as part of the inaugural class at Stony Brook University’s PhD program in Population Health and Clinical Outcomes Research. Ms. Gallagher’s prior work experience includes hospital strategic planning, quality improvement, and health care journalism. In her present studies, she is specializing in population health.
