Disclosure statement:

Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: As an OB-GYN physician I have 20+ demonstrated years of interest in reproductive health care. By default, I have developed an interest in men's health as an extension of care for my female patients. In addition to my clinical experience I have course work through Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health that includes men's health policies, a Capstone project on OB-GYNs as safety net providers for male patients in the traditional family planning setting, and a participation in the health disparities certificate program with a focus on racial barriers to access to care for AA prostate cancer patients. My volunteer activities have included national and international health literacy partnerships with the faith-based communities.
Any relevant financial relationships? No

I agree to comply with the American Public Health Association Conflict of Interest and Commercial Support Guidelines, and to disclose to the participants any off-label or experimental uses of a commercial product or service discussed in my presentation.
