The chair of the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board will present an update on the Board's recent investigations and key recommendations.

At the end of this session, the learner will be able to: (1) list at least two of the CSB’s recent completed investigations; and (2) describe the status of the CSB’s investigation of the Deepwater Horizon disaster.
