Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: For the past year I have lead a statewide initiative in North Carolina
designed to create a network of community leaders who are committed to addressing health disparities based,
in part, on models being used by the CBPHC of the APHA and Community Based Organization Partners of Flint, MI. In 2011 academic partners
elected me as the first community leader to serve as co-chair of the Community Engagement Key Functions
Committee for the CTSA.
