Despite substantial progress, youth smoking rates are not declining fast enough and States must do more to protect future generations from the devasting impact of tobacco use. This presentation will provide a broad overview of the NY TCP program philosophy and approach with a focus on two projects that the NY TCP is funded to implement with federal stimulus dollars.
