Learning Objectives: 1. Participants will be able to describe the three levels of implementation for stratifying efforts in worksite health risk management (primary prevention), risk reduction (secondary prevention) and case management (tertiary prevention) and an example of a specific intervention at each level. 2. Participants will be able to identify key elements of success in health risk data representation and presentation for a business setting. 3. Understand the difference between statistical significance and clinical significance in group data and review one model for conveying that to business decision makers.
