SESSION ABSTRACT - Maximizing the impact of the alcohol, tobacco, and other drug movements: Cross-cutting implications and future strategies

Cross-cutting ATOD issues and strategies will be discussed by experts from each field: Slade (tobacco) 2:30; Conti (alcohol) 2:50; Bunker (other drugs) 3:10. Presentations will include similarities, differences, challenges, opportunities, and implications in regard to policy, research, cultural trends, funding, action strategies, and future priorities.

Following the presentations (3:30) will be in-depth discussion (facilitated by Kaufman) of recommendations for future policy and action strategies to maximize the impact of each aspect of the ATOD field.
