Anticipatory guidance

Anticipatory guidance provides practical, developmentally appropriate health information at stages representing significant physical, emotional and psychological milestones. Along with early dissemination of simple oral health education messages, it promises to be a logical and promising strategy for better oral and general health outcomes for the future.

Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to: 1. Apply listed details of the salient issues for pregnant women and new mothers concerning their infants and toddlers from birth to age three.
