Overview of the Equity Gauges

This brief overview will trace the evolution of the Global Equity Gauge Alliance (GEGA) over the past two years, highlighting its unique niche: the monitoring inequities in health with a focus on policy change.

Learning Objectives: The audience will learn the answers to the following: Where does a Global Equity Gauge Alliance ‘fit in’ in the global health policymaking scene? What are the key challenges faced by GEGA, the umbrella organization linking the equity gauges together?
