Health Priorities in the Southern Cone Countries

The Inter-American Development Bank, the Pan American Health Organization and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services have been working together to promote the development of health priorities in the Southern Cone Countries (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay). The first phase of this collaborative included a regional workshop where each country discussed its current plan and action regarding health planning. During this session participants will learn how each country plans to develop and implement their health priorities.
