Now the Hard Part: Substance Abuse Treatment for Teenager and Mothers

Presents information on expenditures for treatment of two populations with highest benefit costs ratios for sucessful treatment: those with their lives still ahead of them (teenagers) and those with the primary role in shaping the lives of children (mothers), and on some of the issues and difficulties in addressing the needs of these groups.
