Management Academy: Training outcomes from 500 public health managers

Reviews individual and organizational outcomes after three years of Management Academy for Public Health, a pilot program funded by CDC, HRSA, Robert Woods Johnson Foundation and W.K. Kellogg Foundation. Includes evaluation data on testing and survey results, individual learner outcomes,and team business plan outcomes.

MAPH develops teams of health professionals for new management challenges in population health. Five hundred managers--in one hundred organic teams--have completed the program.
