This session is an exhibition of new tobacco control advertisements produced by tobacco control programs in state health departments and national organizations. It is meant to be both entertaining because the ads are fun to watch, but also informational because participants will learn how to license the use of these ads in their own programs. During this session, participants will view a set of the newest tobacco control advertisements for television, print and outdoor use. Participants will also critique and discuss the ads, focusing on how likely they think the ads are to be effective with the target audience.

Presenter will then share information about how participants can obtain the ads from the CDC’s Media Campaign Resource Center (MCRC) for use in their own programs.
