Racial Disparities in Health Care Access and Use Among Medicaid Populations

This paper will present research findings from studies of children and non-elderly adults who are low-income or disabled Medicaid enrollees. This multi-state research endeavor includes all fee-for-service health care use and expenditures for selected amublatory care sensitive conditions. The analyses controlled for age, gender, race/ethnicity, and reason for enrollment in Medicaid.
