COPC in action: The Dallas story

Dallas County is the largest urban application of the COPC model in the United States. The report summarizes the development and implement of this program in terms of the economic, demographic and political conditions which gave birth to the program. A description of the community atmosphere, the components of COPC – assessment, prioritization, community collaborations, health care system, evaluation, and financing, and the next steps for the future growth and development of the Dallas program.
