Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to: Identify mechanisms to recruit women in a rural area into breast cancer education programs. Describe the use of direct mail as a strategy to increase mammography use among low-income, medically underserved women. Articulate methods used to reduce barriers that contribute to a women delaying follow up after receiving an abnormal screening result Develop a plan that identifies a navigator for the client and a medical contact for the referring provider once the client is referred for definitive diagnosis and possible treatment | |||
