This session will highlight innovative program approaches to implementation of national policy targeting breastfeeding. | |||
Learning Objectives: By the Close of this session the learner will: *Discuss public health interventions to involve men in the breastfeeding experience. * Identify the characteristice of a breastfeeding intervention that would meet the needs of low-income African American Women. *Identify the characteristice of a breastfeeding intervention that would meet the needs of adolescent Latina women. * Discuss the benifits of a train the trainer program to increase the effectiveness of staff in helping women initiate breastfeeding. | |||
