This session examines the special health problems faced by refugee and immigrant children and youth, and evaluates public health policies that address those problems. | |||
Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of this session, the participant will be able to: 1) Describe the health status and health care utilization of immigrant and refugee children and youth. 2) Assess factors influencing the physical and mental health of immigrant and refugee children and youth. 3) Evaluate public health policies concerning immigrant and refugee children and youth. | |||
