The purpose of this session is to present issues related to the reproductive health and sexual behavior of adolescents. Issues concerning teen pregnancy and teen parenting will also be presented. | |||
Learning Objectives: 1. Identify sexual activity profiles that may be useful in developing intervention programs. 2. Identify barriers that influence teen pregnancy prevention efforts. 3. Understand the importance of reproductive health education for adolescents 4. Describe the factors that affect teen parenting. 5. Identify issues related to adolescent knowledge and attitudes concerning safe sex and pregnancy. | |||
