| An opportunity for those evaluating the delivery of services to people living with HIV/AIDS to keep abreast of emerging evaluation issues of interest to Ryan White CARE Act programs, and to network with other evaluators. This year's focus will be on a SPNS disparities initiative, using Rapid Assessment, Response, and Evaluation (RARE) methodologies to inform the services planning process. |
