Public Health Student Caucus

Submit Abstract

The Public Health Student Caucus (PHSC) seeks abstracts from students in public health or related fields on any topic. Abstracts related to the 2003 Annual Meeting theme "Behavior, Lifestyle and Social Determinants of Health" are encouraged. Student papers should reflect work undertaken while in school, either undergraduate or graduate programs. We also invite abstracts pertaining to public health student issues in general (such as education, curricula, training, employment trends, student leadership, advocacy, etc.) and/or as they relate to the Annual Meeting theme.
  • Behavior, Lifestyle and Social Determinants of Health
  • Papers of other topics from individuals who are students
  • Public Health Student Issues
Abstracts will be blind peer reviewed and ranked on importance/originality, description of subject matter, quality and completeness of supporting data/philosophy, and relation to overall Caucus priorities. This year, individual contributions will be considered for poster sessions only. Please contact the PHSC Progam Planner directly for questions regarding PHSC oral sessions (mcarbine@u.washington.edu).

All presenters must pay their own travel, lodging, APHA membership fee, and meeting registration fee.
