The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the social network of exercise behavior against the relation between exercise and body fat constitution among college students. In addition, evaluation on the cluster effect of exercise, social network of exercise and body fat constitution is proceeded as well.

There are 104 college students involved in this study. The instruments of this study are exercise scale, social network of exercise scale and percentage of body fat.

The result from this study reveals the significant negative relation between exercise behavior and percentage of body fat. The higher score of exercise, the lower percentage of body fat. Comparing those with lower social network of exercise, the impact of exercise behavior toward body fat tends to decrease sharply and reversely for those who with higher social network of exercise. The cluster analysis also discloses the aggregate phenomena among the three features of high score of social network of exercise, high score of exercise and low percentage of body fat.

According to the outcome of this study, an educational proposal for strengthening the students' exercise behavior is proposed. The aim is to set up the students' health behavior by means of enhancing the students social network relationship of exercise as to build up the positive interaction and aggregate effect as well among students.
