Teaching activism for public health

Consistent with our mission to connect issues of social justice and public health in our lives and in the work that we do, the Spirit of 1848 has organized this session to focus on teaching activism in public health. Approaches that will be discussed include: using community action models, using literature, using experiential learning, and using media advocacy.
