Wal-Mart: Instructor of Last Resort
Wal-Mart offers health insurance benefits to all its full-time employees. Health care benefits, workman's compensation and other liability claims are dealt with by Claims Management, Inc., an in-house self insuror. This paper will discuss Wal-Mart's health benefits and explore how they and other benefits are administered by this agency.
