This session will examine and discuss research on people who experience chronic homelessness and will identify their characteristics and service needs and the importance of focusing on this particularly vulnerable subgroup of the homeless population.

Learning Objectives:

• At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to identify who experiences chronic homelessness, the issues and challenges they face in attempting to overcome thier homelessness and the services necessary for this population.
