Future of public health practice and education: The IOM reports

The purpose of this session is to address the broad range of triumphs and challenges in public health through a presentation of history and recent events, as a context for facing the challenges of the 21st Century. The issues of Prevention and Health Promotion will be addressed as critical markers for the Nation to further the public’s health. The session will draw on approaches and illustrations from the national perspective.
