Papers will identify identify two methodologies used to measure return on community investment in access-to-care programs, and challenges for state medicaid systems in reaching vulnerable populations. They will discuss perceptions of health care quality of vulnerable populations, the national quideline for preventive health in Healthy People 2010 and certain policy implications of Medicaid. | |||
