Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of the session, the participants should be able to (1) describe the two leading models of psychosocial stress in the workplace; (2) Indicate two common health problems that can be related to psychosocial stress on the job; (3) Describe three ways in which the sociocultural context can mediate the relationship between psychosocial stress and health in the workplace.
