Accessing Life-Saving Therapies Through The AIDS Drug Assistance Program
This session will focus on the full range of issues related to ADAP: how the program is structured, the challenges faced by the program on national and state levels, and policy options for expanding ADAP coverage in the face of budget deficits, flat funding, growing demand, rationing strategies and the prioritization of other Ryan White CARE Act health and social services programs.
