| Dr. Richard K.Nakamura will present an overview of findings that support an interaction between genes and the environment and which provide a modern integration of mind and brain and a new understanding of the neurological basis of mental illness. Dr. Ronald Kessler will present new findings from his large population based (Epidemiological Catchment Area) study on mental illness and other behavioral disorders. Dr. Nakamura will be available to discuss funding interests and opportunities of NIMH. | |||
