| The Universal Health Care Task Force Invites a all attendees to this important open Town Meeting. Universal health care and realizing the Associations 14 Principles for Universal Health Care are one of the major strategic goals of our Association. The Task Force will present the Review of the year including major topics of: engaging the membership in universal health care, the imperatives of addressing the growing health care gap, the need for more emphasis and attention to public health in the national and state debate on health care policy, research needs, and the reports from state and local actions to meet the challenge of the increasingly frayed health care system. The session is designed to gather membership feedback and sharing of direction and ideas. | |||
