The caucus invites abstracts on public health in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos especially with regard to the social and health consequences of the war between the United States and Vietnam. All other health problems are also of interest. In addition, the Caucus is concerned with topics related to Agent Orange, dioxins, and other chemicals used during wartime affecting Southeast Asian residents and American Vietnam veterans.
