PAHO's comprehensive regional approach to Latin America and the Carribean serves 37 member countries. Presentation will detail the launching of strategies to assist member countries to increase the delivery of oral health services, both preventive and restorative, in a cost effective manner. Target populations are those without access to care , both economically and geographically. There are opportunities and challenges when considering implenting similiar strategies in the United States. There are similiar needs, and similiar populations that could benefit from a similiar system. What are the dynamic factors impacting such an idea?
