Discussant comments: The relationship of international and domestic family planning programs in the face of change

Over the past year, many countries have seen dramatic changes in both political and financial support for family planning programs. Also, health reform movements have changed delivery mechanisms. Based on comments from the panelists, the discussant will highlight similarities and differences on how these changes have impacted international and domestic family planning programs.
