The coordinated efforts of public health agencies, academicians and researchers, private organizations, community leaders, voluntary health organizations and concerned citizens are required in order to improve the oral health of underserved populations. These partnerships are needed to educate legislators, the public, and health professionals, and to build and strengthen health care programs. | |||
